This gentle yoga class is a slow-paced, calming practice designed to promote relaxation,
reduce stress, and increase flexibility through gentle stretching and mindful movement.

Ideal for beginners, those recovering from injuries, or anyone seeking a more restorative experience, this class emphasizes body awareness and deep breathing without pushing physical limits. Please bring your props, such as blocks, straps, and blankets, to support and modify poses, ensuring accessibility for all levels.
