My name is Caitey, and I walk what I call the Priestess Path—a sacred journey of remembrance, healing, and empowerment. It is my mission to support women and light beings in awakening to their highest calling, reconnecting with their divine essence, and reclaiming their sovereignty.

Ever since I was a little girl, I have always been fascinated and drawn to anything that shines or sparkles, especially crystals and gems. I would pick up the clear quartz I’d find mixed in with rocks, the sea glass I would find on the beach, or admire the different stones in my mother’s jewelry.
I was first introduced to Reiki in the early 2000s. The practice worked so well for me and piqued my interest that I completed Usui Reiki Level I to work on myself. Fast-forward, and major life events between 2020 and 2024 led me to realize I wasn’t fulfilled; I wasn’t honoring my soul’s purpose for being here. I had worked with troubled teens; I had taught different high school science subjects; I had started multiple avenues to practice medicine, but something always seemed to block my path.
I returned to Reiki for an integrative, holistic approach to assist in healing and grounding my mind, physical body, and spirit after I was diagnosed with cancer. When I had the opportunity to try Crystal Reiki, I experienced a different level of healing. It spoke to my fascination with crystals; my lifelong calling to help others; and an approach to healing the root problems by creating a more optimal environment that allows the mind and body to heal as they were designed to. Crystal Reiki was what I had been searching for.
I am a certified Crystal Reiki Master, specializing in trauma release, emotional and physical healing support, stress reduction, relaxation, and grounding. The crystals’ physical properties and energy work together with the Reiki energy to amplify and direct it where it is needed most. Using my natural intuitive and empathic gifts, I offer a safe space to relax, release, and reconnect to yourself. If this resonates with you, I am available for in-person or distance sessions.

All my life I have been fascinated by various divination tools such as astrology, aromatherapy, crystals, oracle cards. Although I had dabbled in astrology, aromatherapy, and oracle cards, it wasn’t until the fall of 2012 that I knew that something had to change. I felt lost – like I was on the wrong path and felt a strong sense of hopelessness.
It wasn’t until I found a shaman to help me that I realized what was going on – I had experienced my version of the “Dark Night of the Soul”. With the shaman’s help, I learned how to navigate through this and in the process, I found out about energy healing – specifically Reiki. While I studied Reiki and ended up becoming a Usui (Western Method) Reiki Master, and it wasn’t until I was introduced to Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET) that I found my passion.
IET allows the IET practitioner to tap into angelic energy which works directly with your aura field and helps you get the “issues out of your tissues” for good. In May 2014, I became an IET Master-Instructor, and I haven’t looked back. While I was fortunate to work with many people throughout the years, I would love to share what I learned since experiencing my “Dark Night of the Soul” with you.

healing with intuitive guidance and the natural wisdom of the Earth. Each
session is a nurturing invitation to reconnect with your inner light, restore
energetic balance, and open to deeper self-awareness.
With a deeply empathic and intuitive approach, Jeannette often
integrates crystals into her healing sessions, offering a rich and
grounding experience for mind, body, and spirit. Her personal journey
with Reiki began as a path to self-healing, inspired by years of immersion
in Celtic Spirituality and a lifelong connection to the unseen energies of

I am an Integrative Nutrition Wellness Coach, founder of Layers of Wellness & Certified Yoga Teacher. I enjoy coaching my clients to help peel back the layers to find out what may be holding them back from living their best life, stress-free and healthy.
I understand what it feels like not to feel well. In 2015, three months after having my daughter, I started to feel achy. I was tired after getting 8 hours of sleep. I was bloated, suffered from headaches, joint pain, and brain fog, plus stress, trying to balance work, a relationship, and motherhood. I was misdiagnosed by a specialist, who stated that I had an autoimmune disease. Long story short, I get how it feels not to have answers and suffer, trying to fix it with diets. So, in 2018, I went back to school and studied how to assess and heal myself by becoming an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens, and your needs will change. I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find that these changes collectively create a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.
I am a former educator with a BS from Millersville University. Once a teacher, always a teacher. I love helping and guiding others to reach their goals. I am a wife & a mother of two. When I am not helping others, I love sitting in the sun and reading a really good book or listening to a well-thought-out podcast.
Nancy received her Reiki Master Level in 2016. She has helped hundreds of clients relax, balance their emotional fields, and connect with their highest selves.
During your session, crystals are used, and a sound bath is performed at the end to promote healing.
Nancy also conducts Ion Foot Detox sessions where she helps clients identify some of their heal challenges.
