In this 90-minute experience, you’ll be guided through a technique known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), or tapping—a practice that helps calm the nervous system, release stored emotional stress, and create a sense of inner ease.

You’ll learn:

Lauren Fonvielle is an accredited EFT Master Trainer who helps entrepreneurs and creatives move beyond stress, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs by working at the nervous system level.
