A 6-Week Connection Series for Moms & Daughters
The middle school years are tender, transformative, and full of change. This 6-week Mommy & Me Yoga series is designed to create intentional space for moms and their daughters (5th–8th grade) to connect, communicate, and grow together.
Each week blends gentle yoga, partner poses, confidence-building practices, and guided conversations that support emotional wellness, self-esteem, and body positivity. We’ll introduce simple mindfulness tools to help girls navigate stress, friendships, school pressures, and self-image — all while strengthening the mother-daughter bond.
This is more than a yoga class; it’s shared time without distractions, deeper conversations, laughter, and meaningful moments during a season when connection matters most.
Spots are limited to keep the space safe, supportive, and uplifting.
Join us for six weeks of movement, mindfulness, and connection that lasts far beyond the mat.
Alicia Lewis works with her clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because she understands that life happens, and your needs will change. She coaches her clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, her clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. They work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation. Alicia believes each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.
