Namaste for Life happily offers “Yin Yoga With Ayanna” class, taught by Ayanna Garrett.

Welcome! Yin Yoga is the practice of
surrender — a deeply meditative and
restorative style of yoga that targets
the connective tissues, joints, and
fascia through long-held, passive
poses. It invites stillness, patience,
and the art of letting go, helping
students release physical tension and
emotional blockages stored in the
body. This inward-focused practice is
a beautiful complement to more
active styles of yoga, cultivating
balance, presence, and nervous
system regulation.

Ayanna Garrett

 

Ayanna Garrett, known as the Lone Wolf Yoga Goddess, is a
powerhouse of transformation—a 500-hour Registered Yoga
Therapist, dynamic speaker, spiritual life coach, author, and
Licensed Master Social Worker with over 15 years of
experience in trauma-informed mental health therapy. She
masterfully blends yoga, subconscious reprogramming, and
holistic healing to guide others toward profound
self-discovery and authentic living. Passionate about helping
individuals break free from emotional and energetic
blockages, Ayanna empowers them to reclaim their inner
strength and unlock their fullest potential. While balancing
motherhood, she remains devoted to her mission: Awakening
inner strength through the power of letting go.
