“Sacral Chakra” Yoga

Namaste for Life happily offers the “Sacral Chakra” Yoga class, taught by Lisandra Medina

Chakra-based yoga is a practice that incorporates the concept of the chakras, the energy centers
within the body, to enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It involves using yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mantras to balance and harmonize these energy centers. The goal is to awaken the Divine within, promote overall well-being, and deepen spiritual awareness.

My name is Caitey, and I walk what I call the Priestess Path—a sacred journey of remembrance, healing, and empowerment. It is my mission to support women and light beings in awakening to their highest calling, reconnecting with their divine essence, and reclaiming their sovereignty.

This isn’t just a brand—it’s a living vibration. It’s a remembrance of who you truly are beneath the conditioning, trauma, and limitations. I walk beside those who are ready to rise, soften, and reclaim the truth of their being.
