Namaste For Life is Offering a Yoga Series for Mommy & Me  (ages 3-4 years)

A 6-Week Bonding Series 

Join us for a playful, heart-centered yoga experience designed just for moms and their 3–4-year-olds. Through imaginative movement, partner poses, simple breathing, and calming connection time. This isn’t just yoga — it’s intentional bonding time filled with movement, laughter, mindfulness, and sweet shared moments you’ll both cherish. You and your little one will build confidence and coordination and have a great time together.

This 6-week series helps your child feel comfortable, supported, and excited to return each week, while giving you intentional, stress-free bonding time.

Alicia Lewis works with her clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because she understands that life happens, and your needs will change. She coaches her clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, her clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. They work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation. Alicia believes each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, rather than relying on the latest magazine article or fad diet book.
