Alba Reynoso is a dedicated mental health therapist known for her holistic approach, which integrates various therapeutic modalities. With a deep respect for indigenous traditions and a commitment to holistic healing, Alba creates ceremonies that honor the sacredness of the experience, grounding them in community, tradition, and a connection to the natural and spiritual world. Her therapy addresses the mind, body, and spirit, incorporating practices such as hypnotherapy, art therapy, mindfulness, akashic reading, and energy work.

Based in Newark, Delaware, Alba offers her services at Embrace the Change Counseling, providing a safe and nurturing environment for clients to embark on their healing journeys. Whether through individual therapy, energy healing sessions, akashic readings, or group ceremonies, Alba’s holistic approach fosters transformative and meaningful healing.
