Namaste For Life is hosting the amazing Chakra Sound Bath & Soul on Wednesday, October 7th, 2026 at 6:00 PM.

In our fast-moving world, our internal energy centers—the chakras—can sometimes feel out of sync. When our root feels shaky, or our heart feels heavy, even our most whimsical dreams can feel like a burden.

This 2-hour immersive experience is a total energetic recalibration. We are stepping away from the “doing” and moving into a state of deep, resonant “being.” Through the combined power of sacred sound and guided visualization, we will gently clear the static and restore your radiant spectrum to a state of flow.

We will visit each of your seven primary chakras, using specific imagery and intentions to unlock stagnant energy.
