In this intimate two-hour experiential workshop, art becomes a sacred practice of listening – no artistic experience needed.  Through guided, intuitive art-making, you’ll connect with the wisdom of your unconscious and the gentle guidance of your inner spirit.

Alba Reynoso

Alba Reynoso is a dedicated mental health therapist known for her holistic approach, which integrates various therapeutic modalities. With a deep respect for indigenous traditions and a commitment to holistic healing, Alba creates ceremonies that honor the sacredness of the experience, grounding them in community, tradition, and a connection to the natural and spiritual world. Her therapy addresses the mind, body, and spirit, incorporating practices such as hypnotherapy, art therapy, mindfulness, akashic reading, and energy work.
